ISC president Jim Ritchie-Dunham presented his recent research on "Generating Strategic Impact by Scaling Value and Flourishing Across the Business Ecosystem" with his colleagues in the Harvard-Oxford Leadership for Flourishing (LfF) initiative, in a session at the Academy of Management 2023 annual meeting in Boston hosted by LfF colleague Elena Antonacopoulou, who framed "Human Flourishing: A New Management Manifesto," with LfF colleague Brandyn Keating describing "The Case for Global Flourishing Goals."
