Course brief description (13 sessions)

This course develops your awareness of and capacity to shift the fundamental agreements that most influence your daily experience and outcomes. The course is structured in 13 sessions to be a companion to the book Ecosynomics: The Science of Abundance.  Parts of this course are conceptual and parts are quite technical.

When you decide to do this course allow yourself with at least 30 hours to do it. You will find additional readings along the course, application to dos and sharing assignments. Please use our Reading Group to share your thoughts and rise your questions. After your enrollment in the course we will send you instructions to connect with the Reading Group.

After this course you can choose to enroll in one of our deeper development journeys.


Through this course, you will learn how to:

  1. describe the abundance, harmony, and vibrancy experienced in any group,
  2. identify specific, fundamental agreements that need to shift to improve your experience and outcomes, and
  3. engage others in the process of making that shift.

Jim Ritchie-Dunham is a life-long student of the agreements that guide human interaction.  He explores this study through his own business, advising, research, and teaching.  Jim is president of Vibrancy and the Institute for Strategic Clarity, and is an adjunct faculty member at EGADE and Harvard.  He has a Bachelor of Science in Petroleum Engineering from the University of Tulsa, a Masters of International Management from the Thunderbird School of Global Management, a Masters of Business Administration from the ESADE Business School in Barcelona, and a PhD in Decision Sciences from the University of Texas at Austin.  You can follow his blog or Twitter.
