INTENTION. This workshop provides strategists working with the Strategic Clarity 2.0 (SC2.0) framework and process an introduction to the Systemic Leverage Index, which is (1) a key distinction in finding leverage points in the SC2.0 analysis, and (2) a key geometry within the Agreements Field Equations, the Impact Resilience Scorecard, and the Strategic "Due Diligence" SCAN assessment.
OVERVIEW. The workshop consists in 3 readings, a short video describing the key elements of the Systemic Leverage Index, and a recorded Zoom Q&A call.
READINGS. These 3 readings provide the conceptual and mathematical framework for the Systemic Leverage Index, and a public presentation placing the index within a measurement context.
- Conceptual Framework. In this strategy-oriented article, Georgantzas and Ritchie-Dunham provide a conceptual overview of the 3 types of systemic leverage.
-
Mathematical Framework. This brief provides an overview of the mathematical formulation for the three types of systemic leverage and how they fit together.

- Public Presentation. This presentation to Oxfam America puts the Systemic Leverage Index into the context of existing measurement systems and the value a systemic leverage perspective might add.
VIDEO. This 4.5-minute video provides an overview of the 3 elements of the Systemic Leverage Index and their strategic systems significance.
