David collaborates with ISC research on the impact of organizational culture, structure and process on a group’s outputs and on the experience and outputs of other stakeholders in the company’s ecosystem. As a business scholar and consultant, David contributes vast field research on these questions, with complementary surveys and data-analysis teams, as well as deep experience in showing clearly the relevance of research findings to organizational leaders.
