“It should not be this difficult!” I have heard that statement repeated by colleagues (and myself) for years. The general feeling shared has been that they are working against a system that is engineered to make collaboration, integration, high performance and success impossible to sustain. Quite simply, the old working agreements do not serve the emerging future.
My vision for ISC is to provide the world with a framework and a global network to explore, develop and choose new agreements. These new agreements support a future that does not focus on overcoming past working agreements or only on win/loss metrics, but fully engages and optimizes an individual’s and group’s deeper potential (locally and globally).
